Collection of Personal Information
Platform Science may collect information about you from a variety of sources; primarily through authorized drivers with our Fleet Partners who have access to Platform Science’s Platform or your direct interactions with our website (e.g. communication with us through our Contact Us or Customer Support pages). Personal Information is information that identifies, relates to, describes, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to a particular person.
When you utilize our Platform services and related applications, your driver and log data is sent to us; including location data. We collect workforce personal information about your activities such as driver profile information, vehicle travel data, as well as driver & vehicle event log data to enhance your experience and provide necessary regulation, logging, and compliance services for you. We may also collect information about you that you provide directly, such as when you contact support , or inquire about becoming a customer. This direct interaction may result in you providing us with otherwise give us your contact information such as name, email address, etc. We use the information to deliver products and services; or communicate with you regarding our products and our services, including driver log files and messages, services.
We use the information we collect from your use of the Platform to maintain, improve, or to develop new features for our Platform; and to protect and assist Platform Science and our users. When you contact Platform Science, we may keep a record of your communication to better support you in the future.
Opt Out of Platform Science Services
You have the right to Opt-Out of services on our Platform. However, by choosing to opt-out of our Services, you will not be able to utilize Platform Science’s Applications for regulatory and workforce required driver logging and management.
Use of Your Personal Information
We use the data we collect for the following general purposes and we will keep it only so long as is required by law or until the stated purposes have been met:
- To provide regulatory driver logging capabilities;
- To operate and provide information about our business and deliver services;
- To create an account;
- To administer, protect and improve our Platform;
- To better understand the preferences of our Platform users;
- To compile aggregated statistics about Platform usage;
- To help personalize your experience on our Platform; and
- To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may combine the various types of data that we collect.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We will only share personal information with companies, organizations, third party application developers or individuals outside of Platform Science as described herein or when we otherwise have consent to do so. We do not share your personal information to third parties unless those third parties promise to give your information the equivalent level of protection that we provide.

We use cookies, web beacons, pixels, session replay/screen capture, and similar technologies to collect information and personalize your experience on our Site. When we use session replay technology, we may collect on a real-time basis information on how you use and navigate the Services. You may access your personal data (driver log records) through the Platform user interface or by contacting support. You have the right to access and delete your personal data or withdraw your consent to use your personal data at any time. We will work to fulfill your request with our Fleet Partners unless legal or regulatory compliance will not allow us to delete your data. Please email privacy@PlatformScience.com, and we will respond to your request within one month. Please note that withdrawing consent or choosing to delete your data may prevent us from supplying products and/or services to you.
Changes
Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any privacy policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of privacy policy changes).
