Activity Standards

This add-on subscription provides an advance reporting option to offer customers analysis on route performance versus a calculated standard. If this add-on subscription is not included as part of your base subscription, the Order Form linking to these terms specifies the license fee per unit per month and covers all devices installed in customer’s account.

Doran 360™ TPMS
‍This add-on subscription allows a customer to monitor current tire pressure and tire pressure data shown by axle and tire position, and receive notification of active TPMS alerts. Tire positions are color-coded by TPMS status (green, orange and red) for easy identification of issue and tire position. THis add-on subscription includes accevss to Doran 360™ TPMS web portal and Android mobile application.  Available for use with Pmobile and Instinct. Service is required to be activated for all active PeopleNet devices. The Order Form linking to these terms specifies the license fee per unit per month and covers all devices installed in customer’s account.

Driver Retention Analytics

‍This add-on subscription allows a customer to analyze key driver data using propriety data models to provide insights into driver churn risk. Under this subscription, customer will receive access to the Driver Retention Analytics Dashboard providing a weekly update of data for drivers active in the PeopleNet administration portal and relating to active PeopleNet devices. Users are also able to log their interactions with each driver for context. Service is required to be activated for all active PeopleNet devices. The Order Form linking to these terms specifies the license fee per unit per month and covers all devices installed in customer’s account.

eDriver Logs

‍This add-on subscription provides drivers the ability to enter duty status information directly into their device, and view current hours of service information from their device. You must have a message display, keyboard, and vehicle management adapter provided or otherwise approved by us to use eDriver Logs.  In the event of device malfunction, drivers must maintain a hard copy or traditional paper log. You will hold us harmless from and against any liability resulting from the failure of drivers as set forth in this paragraph, or for erroneous, accidental or intentional, input of data or misuse of eDriver Logs or our Products or Software. If this add-on subscription is not included as part of your base telematics subscription, the Order Form specifies the license fee per unit per month and covers all devices installed in customer’s account.

Fault Codes Reporting

‍This add-on subscription provides utilizes installed connectivity to the vehicle engine to provide fault code information to the customer based on the availability of data from the vehicle’s engine.  As this service is dependent on engine connectivity, we cannot guarantee all fault codes will be received at all times. If this add-on subscription is not included as part of your base telematics Subscription, the Order Form linking to these terms specifies the license fee per unit per month and covers all devices installed in customer’s account.

In-Cab Scanning: Vector (Android) – Fleet Service(formerly LoadDocs)

‍This add-on subscription enables drivers to scan PODs, BOLs, and other documents allowing for automated workflows to distribute and manage documentation to other back office services. Use of Vector requires you to have a backseat data plan subscription. Data will be consumed at roughly 250KB per black and white standard-size page, and roughly 750 KB per color standard-size page, from the customer’s back seat data package. The number of licenses billed by Company for a given month is determined by the greatest number of the customer’s active User Licenses in the Vector portal during the month.

Requires Android OS 7+ and for PCT devices MSI Firmware 4.1.1+ and may require a camera calibration.

1. PCTs with serial numbers between MS51844xxxxxx – MS51945xxxxxx may need a camera calibration.
2. PCTs with serial numbers between MS51745001511 – MS51843xxxxxx may need their PCT Software to be updated through the Vector RMA process.
3. PCTs with serial numbers between: MS51526000001 – MS51745001510 are not eligible as the units cannot be upgraded to OS 7+ or MSI Firmware 4.1.1+.

In-Cab Scanning: Vector (Android) – Enterprise Service(formerly LoadDocs)

‍This add-on subscription enables drivers to scan PODs, BOLs, and other documents allowing for automated workflows to distribute and manage documentation to other back office services. The Enterprise Service provides features such as custom workflow development, workflow triggers, and load number auto-verification in addition to standard Vector fleet service functionality. Use of Vector requires you to have a backseat data plan subscription. Data will be consumed at roughly 250KB per black and white standard-size page, and roughly 750 KB per color standard-size page, from the customer’s back seat data package. The number of licenses billed by Trimble for a given month is determined by the greatest number of the customer’s active User Licenses in the Vector portal during the month.

In-Cab Navigation: CoPilot Truck

‍Powered by Trimble Maps (formerly ALK), this add-on subscription allows drivers to access turn-by-turn navigation on compatible PeopleNet mobile displays from local map files. Includes onboard multi-stop route optimization, routing profiles, and in-cab over speed alert on primary roads. The quantity of CoPilot add-on subscription purchased is specified on the Order Form linking to these terms. Map files may be updated via Wi-Fi or installed from removable media.  Includes access to available web tools to help refine the driver experience such as CoPilot FleetPortal (routing profiles and assign custom place sets and route modifier sets), Content Tools (create custom place sets including truck entrance/exit and route modifiers), and MapSure for reporting map data needs.

In-Cab Navigation: CoPilot Truck ActiveTraffic

‍Powered by Trimble Maps (formerly ALK), this add-on subscription is an add on service to CoPilot Truck. ActiveTraffic provides a visual traffic status for the road ahead with real-time traffic alerts and anticipated delays with alternative routing using real-time traffic information to intelligently calculate the fastest route to your destination, provide an accurate ETA based on traffic and help avoid delays.

In-Cab Navigation: CoPilot Truck Advanced Road Warnings

‍Powered by Trimble Maps (formerly ALK), this add-on subscription is an add on service to CoPilot Truck. Advanced Road Warnings utilizes historic approach and roll-over data to warn the driver when they are approaching known roll-over potential locations on the route until they are below the roll-over speed.

CoPilot Truck Energy Services Navigation includes and utilizes leased roads and points of interest for oil fields (well heads, storage units, survey locations, etc.) that are used by oil services fleets in North America.

‍Includes turn by turn commercial truck and light duty commercial vehicle navigation, bundled ActiveTraffic and HazMat Routing, and included access to Map Updates. Bundled access to the following Trimble MAPS Companion Web tools (included with Base Navigation License):

(1) CoPilot FleetPortal - remote configuration tool
(2) ContentTools - custom content tool that supports multiple sets of Points of Interest and multiple sets of Avoids and/or Favors
(3) MapSure - digital map data feedback tool

In-Cab Navigation: Mobile Weather Alerts Service

‍Powered by Trimble Maps (formerly ALK), this add-on subscription is an add on service to CoPilot Truck. Includes weather summary for the entire route, detailed weather forecast at all impact locations along the route, weather alerts during navigation based on the current forecasts, configurable approach distance from the event to show the alerts, and configurable alerts in text and voice.

Mobile Gateway Backseat Data Plans

The Mobile Gateway Backseat Data add-on subscription allocates a specific amount of data per Device per month for non-PeopleNet application data such as internet browsing, WI-FI Hotspot Use, or 3rd party applications such as Proof of Delivery or Video Training. The amount of backseat data usable per device per month is specified on the Order Form linking to these terms. If the total amount of backseat data used by a device exceeds the backseat data limit purchased for that device for a given calendar month, backseat data usage will be blocked for that device for the remainder of the calendar month, and will be reactivated as of the first day of the following calendar month. The number of Backseat Data Plan add-on subscription purchased is specified on the Order Form linking to these terms. You must provide the DSN/trucker unit number for each device on which the add-on subscription will be activated.

Onboard Event Recording

This add-on subscription provides capture of GPS and engine data before and after certain supported triggering events (e.g., sudden stop, sudden start, or driver initiated action). An Onboard Event Reporting add-on subscription will be provided for all active devices in your account with and charged to you at the rate specified in the Order Form linking to these terms unless included as part of your base subscription.

PeopleNet Fault Intelligence

This add-on subscription enables you to view the health status of all their enrolled vehicles through a Fault Intelligence web portal. It enables you to manage your vehicle(s) when a fault occurs and obtain actionable vehicle information that can be provided back to your fleet. A PeopleNet Fault Intelligence add-on subscription will be provided for all active devices in your account with and charged to you at the rate specified in the Order Form linking to these terms.

Remote Diagnostics Link

‍This add-on subscription provides a feed of engine fault code data and location information from devices installed in vehicles containing an engine from a supported engine manufacturer (including Navistar or Cummins) (“Supported Vehicles”) to the engine manufacturer. This data feed enables the engine manufacturer to monitor, report and recommend servicing to reduce downtime and on-road breakdowns. The Order Form specifies the license fee per month and covers all devices installed in Supported Vehicles.

Satellite Communications

The satellite communications add-on subscription is a data plan for multi-mode transfer of data via GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) satellites for customers using devices equipped with satellite communications capability. You are responsible for purchasing satellite-capable hardware for use with this add-on subscription. Satellite communications add-on subscriptions are separate from standard data plans for base subscriptions.The add-on subscription level purchased (Backup, Base, Power or Unlimited) will be specified on the Order Form linking to these terms on which the add-on subscription is purchased and applies to each satellite-capable device purchased in such Order Form. As consideration for the add-on subscription monthly fee, for each satellite-capable device you may use up to the Included Monthly Satellite Data listed in the table below for your subscription level.  Data is not pooled.  If data usage for a satellite-capable device exceeds the Included Monthly Satellite Data for a given calendar month, you will be charged any applicable Data Overage Fees for that plan level in the table below.The Unlimited subscription level requires minimum 15 Minute Breadcrumbs and 30 Minute Call Schedule. Tailored Solutions transactions sent via satellite communications will count as excess data regardless of monthly data usage.

SpeedGauge Safety Center (formerly SpeedGauge Speed Monitoring)

This add-on subscription provides access to the SpeedGauge Safety Center, a speed monitoring and driving risk reduction service operated by SpeedGauge (our partner) dedicated to improving driving performance and safety. This service enables you to monitor violations of the posted speed limit across all road networks and to set custom speed limits for any location where you operate, as well as custom road condition parameters in specific zones and locations deemed hazardous or prone to performance issues. The quantity of SpeedGauge add-on subscriptions purchased is specified on the Order Form linking to these terms.

SpeedGauge Safety Center + Real-Time Alerts (formerly SpeedGauge + Near Real-Time Alerts)

This add-on subscription provides you with access to the SpeedGauge Safety center, and enables provision to designated personnel of near real-time alerts by email detailing individual speeding incidents for vehicles and drivers, allowing you to closely monitor speeding events and react quickly to speeding drivers. The quantity of SpeedGauge add-on subscriptions purchased is specified on the Order Form linking to these terms. Emails are processed according to configurations set by the user, such as frequency and speed thresholds for different vehicle types, road types and geographic locations.

Third Party (non-Vusion) Automated Fuel Tax Reporting

This add-on subscription provides fleets with the capability to generate IFTA and state mileage tax reports using GPS data and fuel purchase information. A Third Party Automated Fuel Tax Reporting add-on subscription will be provided for all active devices in your account and charged to you at the rate specified in the Order Form linking to these terms unless included as part of your base subscription. Electronic fuel reports can be downloaded from select fuel card providers without manual entries. State Mileage report provides a summary of total miles driven in each jurisdiction without fuel purchase data. Use of Vusion services requires a separate Addendum and is not covered by these Terms.

Third Party Tire Pressure Monitoring

This add-on subscription enables tire pressure monitoring integration with supported third-party systems (e.g., Pressure Pro, Bendix), in-cab Device alerts, near-real time alerts to the Management Portal, and historical reporting. A Third Party Tire Pressure Monitoring add-on subscription will be provided for all active devices in your account with and charged to you at the rate specified in the Order Form linking to these terms.
‍NOTE: This does not include Doran 360™ TPMS.

Timed Transactions

This add-on subscription provides the capability to transmit information to and from devices at timed intervals in addition to the timed transactions included in your base Subscription. The maximum number of additional timed transactions per day you may use through this add-on subscription is specified on the Order Form linking to these terms. Timed transactions are delivered during the stated time interval if the vehicle has moved since the last update.
