A look back at ATA MCE 2021

As “the premier event in trucking,” the American Trucking Association’s annual Management Conference and Exhibition—or ATA MCE, for short—is a big deal. This year, the event was held at the Music City Center in Nashville, Tennessee, where more than 1,300 industry leaders and innovators from over 120 companies gathered to celebrate the growth of trucking. We’re proud to say this was one of the best conferences we’ve attended this year, and we’d like to do a quick recap of the weekend’s exciting events.

Meeting old friends (and making new ones)

We always enjoy catching up with our friends at industry events. Seeing familiar faces is one of our favorite parts of attending conferences, and ATA MCE was a great opportunity to reunite with our partners from Drivewyze, Daimler Trucks North America, and Vnomics, as well as our customers at Werner and FirstFleet. We also made some new friends at the event by sharing demos of our platform with fleet representatives, and we look forward to working together with them in the future.

At this year’s ATA conference, it was great to see partners who we’ve worked with in the past and to finally meet new partners in-person who we’d only met via Zoom,” said Joe Jumayao, VP of Business Development. Together we made a lot of progress on current and upcoming projects.”

Tractor in the house

No conference is complete without a big rig in attendance—and there were lots of them at ATA MCE. We parked the PS tractor right in the middle of our booth area, where it quickly became the star of the show.

Par for the course

We invited MCE attendees to take a swing at our putting course, and we upped the stakes by offering a free Oakley backpack to anyone who made a hole-in-one. Lots of folks talked some big game, but only one golfer had the skills to back it up. Maybe next year, Tiger!

Another event in the bag!

ATA MCE 21 was a success in every way. We saw a significant increase in engagement and connected with new fleets who we’re excited to team up with for a better driver experience. Thanks to everyone who worked hard to make this event special. We look forward to seeing you all again at ATA MCE 22!
